On March 1, film critics Richard Jack Smith, James Colt Harrison and Diana Saenger rant and rave about the Oscar results -- plus publisher Denise Cassino joins in to help celebrate the release of Cinema Stanzas: Rhyming About Movies, a new book by yours truly. The bubbly will be flowing and popcorn popping during this special episode!

During the first part of the show, film critic guests will discuss the biggest surprises at this year’s Oscar ceremony, their agreement or disappointments related to winners, the best and worst acceptance speeches, Chris Rock’s hosting performance – and much more. For the second half of the episode, Denise plans to offer information about Cinema Stanzas, and Richard will add his opinion about this new Kindle Ebook that combines film criticism and poetry.  

Richard, author of Incidental Gold, writes movie and soundtrack reviews for ReelTalk Movie Reviews. James is a film historian who contributes reviews to various outlets including Review Express and Classic Movie Guide. Diana, an award-winning author, is also the entertainment editor of San Diego’s East County Gazette. Denise heads up BestsellerServices and works with authors who want to launch their books successfully. As the publisher of Cinema Stanzas, she will explain how this unusual book caught her eye and what has been involved in promoting it. And, of course, the author will read a selection of her film poems included in this recent release.
