Daniel Rosenberg visits Movie Addict HQ on April 23rd to discuss his experience as a producer for such movies as Inside Man, Righteous Kill and Novocaine. Rosenberg’s film credits also include Maid in Manhattan and Mona Lisa Smile. He is the co-author of Closing the Deal, and his company -- InVenture Entertainment -- develops and produces a slate of feature movies and television series. Filmmaker Misha Zubarev will co-host this important episode.

Besides serving as Executive Producer for Inside Man, Rosenberg also developed the screenplay with first-time writer Russell Gewirtz. The movie earned the AFI’s Top 10 Film Award of 2006 and was the third-highest grossing R-rated movie of the year. Directed by Spike Lee, this unusual New York heist film starred Denzel Washington, Clive Owen and Jodie Foster. In 2008,  Righteous Kill paired legendary actors Robert De Niro and Al Pacino in a suspenseful “cop-buddies vs. serial killers” crime drama. Prior to these films, Rosenberg produced Novocaine, a crime/mystery/comedy starring  Steve Martin as a dentist whose life unravels after being involved with a sexy drug addict portrayed by Helena Bonham Carter.

The versatile Rosenberg is also involved in marketing. He works with agencies and companies that want to expand their brands through content creation. His past deals include a joint venture between Reebok and Scarlett Johansson for the creation of a collection of fashion-forward apparel and footwear.
