Busy Actor Tim Griffin
by Betty Jo Tucker

Chicago native Tim Griffin, often referred to as “the actor who’s in everything,” boasts a host of acting credits and has earned a reputation as one of Hollywood’s nicest, most charming and versatile actors. Griffin can be seen currently on the big screen in Abduction, an action thriller starring Taylor Lautner, and on television in in the new Prime Suspect series with Maria Bello. In his interview with Movie Addict Headquarters on October 4, Griffin discusses these recent projects as well as his work with A-list actors like Matt Damon, George Clooney and Robert Downey Jr.

Griffin’s movie credits include Iron Man, Leatherheads, Star Trek, The Men Who Stare at Goats, Cloverfield, Fair Game, Super 8 and The Bourne Supremacy.  He has appeared on television in such shows as Grey’s Anatomy, Party of Five, General Hospital, and Against the Grain.

In addition to multiple recognizable commercial campaigns and television spots, Griffin has a number of upcoming films coming to theaters this year. The list includes Carjacked  (with Maria Bello again), A Better Life (directed by Chris Weitz), and The Collection  (the highly anticipated sequel to The Collector horror flick).

Although Griffin lives with his wife and their two children in L.A, he claims to be “ridiculously devoted to the Chicago Cubs.”

Tim Griffin’s interview airs on BlogTalkRadio at 4 p.m. Eastern Time (1 p.m. Pacific Time) on Tuesday, October 4. During the live show, listeners are invited to participate in a chat. An archived segment will also be available.
