Time Travel on Film
by Betty Jo Tucker

Noted film critics Nell Minow and A.J. Hakari plan to drop by the next Movie Addict Headquarters show for a journey through cinematic time. Discussion will focus on films about time travel, including The Time Traveler’s Wife, The Time Machine, Kate & Leopold, The Visitors, and Sound of Thunder.

Writing as “The Movie Mom,” Minow has been featured in The Chicago Sun-Times, USA Today, The Chicago Tribune, Parents, Family Fun and other publications.  She has been profiled by The New York Times, The Economist, Forbes, The Chicago Tribune and Ladies Home Journal.  Her book, The Movie Mom’s Guide to Family Movies, has helped parents from all over present their children with entertainment that is both safe and fun.

Hakari, aka The Mad Movie Man, writes movie critiques for a number of sites including Review Express and Classic Movie Guide. He’s also the founder and lead critic for Passport Cinema, a site devoted strictly to foreign films, and serves as DVD Correspondent for Movie Addict Headquarters.

“Time Travel on Film” will air on BlogTalkRadio at 4 p.m. Eastern Time (1 p.m. Pacific Time). During the live show, listeners are invited to call in and to participate in a chat. An archived segment will also be available.
