Zombies vs. Vampires
by Betty Jo Tucker

Which scary film creatures are more frightening --zombies or vampires?  As Horror Month continues on “Movie Addict Headquarters,” that’s one of the questions I plan to explore with guests during my next two BlogTalkRadio shows.

On October 16, noted film critic Frank Wilkins visits MAHQ to discuss 28 Weeks Later -- released this month on DVD -- plus other zombie flicks. Then, on October 23, Mad Movie Man and horror expert A..J. Hakari shares his insights about vampires, especially the ones in 30 Days of Night, a new horror film starring Josh Hartnett. Producer Nikki Starr will also contribute her opinions, and listeners are invited to call in with questions or comments. The number to call is 646-478-5668. By popular demand, the show has been extended to 30 minutes in order to take these calls.

“Movie Addict Headquarters” airs each Tuesday at 4 p.m. Eastern Time. The shows are also available as archived segments after the live internet broadcast. To listen in, click on this BlogTalkRadio link as indicated in the schedule information above.

WARNING:  Watch out for those zombies and vampires this month!
