Cinderellathon Extravaganza!
by Betty Jo Tucker

Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo! On April 7, film critics Mack Bates, A.J. Hakari and Nell Minow have been invited to participate in a special CINDERELLATHON event hosted by Movie Addict Headquarters. Their mission? To join producer Nikki Starr and host Betty Jo Tucker for a discussion of Cinderella films as well as other movies with a Cinderella theme.

Topics to be covered in this fun episode include the following:

Why the Cinderella fairy tale has been made into so many movies (40 or more!).

Favorite Cinderella movies.

Best/worst Cinderella performances.

Worst Cinderella films and Cinderella-themed movies.

Bates has written freelance articles for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and serves as a staff blogger for Milwaukee Magazine’s official film blog. He also received an Emmy for his work on the The Robert and Rosie Show. Nell, the famous Movie Mom, writes commentary for Beliefnet.com and is the author of many film-related books. She’s been featured in such publications as USA Today and The New York Times. A.J., the Mad Movie Man, contributes film reviews to sites like Classic Movie Guide, Review Express, Terror Tube,  ReelTalk Movie Reviews and his own popular blog CineSlice.

“Cinderellathon Extravaganza!” airs on BlogTalkRadio at 4 p.m. Eastern Time (1 p.m. Pacific Time) on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. During the live show, listeners are invited to call in and to participate in a chat. An archived segment will also be available.
